Terms of Service

1. The service. Antisocial.ai ("the Service") generates real-world social challenges ("dares") using AI. Dares are suggestions, not instructions. You alone decide whether to attempt anything, and you are solely responsible for your actions in the real world.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.

3. Your conduct. You agree to: obey all applicable laws; respect every person's refusal or discomfort immediately; never record, photograph, or post anyone without their consent; never use the Service to harass, deceive, endanger, or humiliate anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

4. Assumption of risk. Real-world social activity carries inherent risk. You attempt dares voluntarily and at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antisocial.ai and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss, embarrassment, or damage arising from your use of the Service or your attempt of any dare. Skip anything that feels unsafe — skipping is always free and always fine.

5. AI-generated content. Dares are generated by AI and may occasionally be impractical or inappropriate despite our safeguards. Use judgment. Report anything that crosses a line via the report tools; we review reports and remove content that violates these terms.

6. Purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled via the billing portal. One-time purchases (Founder, Game Night, streak repairs) are non-refundable except as described here: email support within 14 days of a purchase for a no-questions refund, excluding streak repairs already applied. Founder pricing tiers are limited-quantity and final once a tier fills. Prices may change; changes never affect purchases already made.

7. Your content. You own what you post. By posting to the feed you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service. You can delete your content and your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent.

8. Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Paid features end with termination for cause, without refund.

9. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a therapy, coaching, or medical service.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
